For new original devices, they have standard warranty from manufacturers. Customers can go to Manufacturer for warranty service. Warranty is different based on different products.
We offer 3R (Repair, Replace & Refund) warranty for used devices and compatible devices buying from Cisco1900router.com. If defects occurred during the warranty period, customers can contact with Cisco1900router.com support team for warranty services. After receiving our confirmed emails, you can send the device back to repair. Same type of device will be replaced if we fail to repair. When devices in the same type are out of stock, you will receive our full amount of money except shipping fees. Warranty time is also based on device type.
New original Cisco devices have 1-year standard warranty from Cisco. During the warranty time, Customers can enjoy Cisco warranty service from Cisco branches in your country. You can also prolong warranty by paying a certain amount of money to Cisco. Please check with Cisco for details of the warranty services if you have doubts.
Used and refurbished Cisco devices are offered with 3-month warranty by cisco1900router.com. If defects occurred within 3-month after products signed for, Customers can contact us for 3R warranty. The warranty is calculated from the signed for of the first device of your orders. Replacement of devices doesn’t prolong warranty time.
New Cisco compatible transceivers and cables enjoy 1-year warranty by Cisco1900router.com. These products are of the same functions as Cisco original devices except warranty. Compatible transceivers have serial numbers from Cisco1900router.com.
